Workouts have started with Coach Gayle!
Conditioning is Mon - Friday from 2:30 - 3:30 pm and weights is 3:30-4:30 pm. Typically on Friday there will be no weight training and athletes will be done by 3:30 pm on Fridays.
Also, don't forget to tell your athlete to sign up for Remind to the right to receive daily updates. This is a new Remind group for Athletes Only and another Remind group for Parents Only. We are trying to not exceed threshold in group so one Remind group is for Athletes, and another is for Parents. Please sign up through the Remind app to avoid text spamming. Please share this information with your swimmer friends so they can stay informed!
